Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Techiedoods Solution Pvt Ltd(“Techiedoods”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit www.techiedoods.in(the “Website”) or contact us through it. We are based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We use cookies and third-party analytics tools to understand how the Website is used and to improve it, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking runs. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

1. Information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, plus limited technical data:

  • Information you submit through our forms— our Contact, Careers and Partner forms may collect your name, email address, phone/mobile number, company name, message, the role or product you're interested in, team size and any links you provide (e.g. LinkedIn, portfolio or website).
  • Technical data — when you visit the Website, our hosting server may automatically log limited information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.
  • Usage and analytics data — with your consent, we use cookies and third-party analytics and session-insight tools that collect information about how you interact with the Website, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser. This may include recordings of general on-site behaviour; we mask our form fields so the details you type into them are not captured.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this Website. Please do not include sensitive information (such as financial, health or government-ID details) in form messages.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and requests
  • To review and process job applications and partner applications
  • To communicate with you about our products, services and your request
  • To operate, secure and maintain the Website
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you provide by submitting a form), to take steps at your request, and for our legitimate business interests in operating and growing our business. Where required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, we process data only for the purposes notified to you.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Microsoft 365 — form submissions are delivered to and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailboxes, so Microsoft processes this data on our behalf.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the Website is hosted on AWS infrastructure.
  • Analytics providers — with your consent, third-party analytics and session-insight service providers process usage data on our behalf to help us understand and improve the Website.
  • Authorities — if required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful government request.

These providers are bound to process data only as needed to provide their services.

5. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — typically up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction — after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing relationship (for example, an active partnership or engagement).

6. Data security

We apply reasonable security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to our mailboxes and systems, and secure storage of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any incident appropriately.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave
  • Raise a grievance about how we handle your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@techiedoods.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

8. International processing

Because we use Microsoft 365 and AWS, your data may be processed or stored on servers operated by these providers. We rely on their security and compliance programmes to safeguard your data.

9. Cookies and consent

We use two kinds of cookies: (a) strictly necessary cookies that make the Website work, and (b) analytics cookies that, with your consent, help us understand how the Website is used. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies and analytics. If you reject, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

10. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites (for example, our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their policies separately.

11. Children

This Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
